Michelle Vidal

Michelle is a seasoned Metaphysics Instructor, Psychic Medium and Energy Healer with over 40 years of experience in the field. She received classical training at the Universal Church of the Holy Spirit (UCHS) in Albuquerque, NM, where she studied for eight years and eventually became an ordained minister. After retiring and moving to Toronto, ON, Michelle returned to the field under the guidance of her spirit teachers and founded Resonant Essentials, a collaborative community for truth seekers.

Michelle is gifted in perceiving the talents of others and uses spiritual counseling and training to help her clients manifest their spiritual path. She holds classes in Intuitive EXPLOSION!!!© knowing that it is through the development of our own spiritual intuition that we leave the drama behind and rise in consciousness.

She is also a skilled energy healer, having been a massage therapist for 25 years before retiring. Michelle started her healing expertise with vibrational energy healing, and later with Usui Reiki, and Wholistic Kinesiology Michelle has held classes in energy work and holds the highest regard for people who seek this path, knowing it is one of life-long study.

The overall foundation which allows the expansion of our healing and intuition is the training in Metaphysics. Metaphysics helps us to understand our neighbors, friends, and family, but more importantly, our Global and Universal presence in the moments of NOW. Michelle has written a book as an introduction to metaphysics called "Mastering Metaphysics: The Essential Foundations and Principles."
